1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User", "Player", or "you") and hari4u (hereinafter referred to as "hari4u", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible athttps://hari4u.cam.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created upon successful completion of thehari4u registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of real-money funds held in a User's account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a User's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process, including submission and review of identification documents.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total betting turnover that must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" or "RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of all transactions on hari4u.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Force Majeure" refers to any event beyondhari4u's reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, government action, telecommunications failure, or cyber-attack.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on hari4u, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You areat least 21 years of age. hari4u strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement for all users. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another active hari4u account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or close associate of hari4u or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or gaming software partners.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order — either self-imposed throughari4u's tools or mandated externally — that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.

hari4u reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time, including during account registration, prior to withdrawal processing, or upon receipt of a complaint or suspicious activity report. Accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements will be suspended or permanently closed, and any winings derived from ineligible accounts may be voided.

4 Registration & Account Management

To access the full range of hari4u services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number — is accurate, truthful, and current.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. hari4u strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.hari4u will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You agree to notify hari4u's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, or if your registered contact details change. Failure to keep contact details current may impair hari4u's ability to communicate important account or transaction notifications to you.

hari4u reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request may result in temporary account suspension and the witholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

hari4u supports a range of deposit methods for Malaysian players, including but not limited to: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange via all major Malaysian banks), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. hari4u does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its standard transaction fees.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed within the platform's cashier section. As a general guideline:

Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. hari4u reserves the right to return any deposit deemed to originate from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being met in full before processing will commence:

• The account must have completed KYC verification. First-time withdrawals from unverified accounts will be held pending verification completion.
• Any active bonus funds attached to the account must have satisfied their associated wagering requirements in full.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the account's applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limit.
• The account must be in good standing — not suspended, under investigation, or subject to a fraud alert.
• The nominated withdrawal method must correspond to the method used for the most recent deposit, in compliance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

Approved withdrawals are processed to Malaysian e-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take between 30 minutes and 24 hours depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically confirmed within 15 to 60 minutes.

hari4u reserves the right to carry out additional due diligence checks on large withdrawal requests or where unusual account activity has been identified. In such cases, the processing timeline may be extended while the review is conducted.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and reward programme benefits offered by hari4u are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus terms applicable to all hari4u promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 35x) before any winings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While wagering a bonus, a maximum bet per spin or round may apply. Placing bets that exceed this limit may result in bonus forfeiture at hari4u's discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus can be held at a time per account, unless explicitly stated otherwise on a multi-bonus promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: hari4u employs automated and manual detection systems for bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, exploitation of wagering lopholes, and systematic low-risk betting designed to clear bonus requirements artificially. Detected abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

hari4u reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, players who have already claimed the bonus and begun wagering will be permitted to complete the requirements under the original terms.

8 Gameplay Rules & Fairness

All games available on hari4u operate on certified random number generator (RNG) technology or are live-streamed from professionally operated studio environments. hari4u does not influence, manipulate, or alter game outcomes in any manner. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures for slot games are accurate and reflect the long-term theoretical payout percentages certified by the respective game studios.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a gaming session — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — the affected round may be declared void and any stakes refunded to the player's account balance. hari4u will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from technical issues that fall outside our reasonable control.

For sports betting markets, hari4u follows standard industry settlement rules. In cases where a result is disputed, hari4u's decision on settlement shall be final, made in good faith, and based on available official information at the time of settlement.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hari4u platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and referal to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether directly or through associated individuals, devices, or IP addresses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with hari4u.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence applications to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus terms, or circumvent platform rules.
• Any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or deliberate manipulation of live sporting events on which bets have been placed.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform for money laundering or financing of any prohibited activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits without prior written agreement from hari4u.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward hari4u staff, support agents, or other platform users.

10 Responsible Gambling

hari4u is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe, sustainable gaming environment for all users. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users through the Account Settings section of the platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the hari4u platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game content, software, source code, audio, and video — is the property of hari4u or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of intellectual property rights to any User.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, transmission, modification, or commercial exploitation of platform content without the express written consent of hari4u is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hari4u, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, gaming losses, data loss, or goodwill.

hari4u does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and hari4u makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation availability of the platform.

In no event shall hari4u's aggregate liability to any User exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination

hari4u reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of actual or suspected breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, or for any other reason hari4u dems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of its users.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting hari4u's support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and associated winings) will be returned to the User via their last active payment method, subject to standard verification and AML checks.

Termination of an account does not affect any acrued rights, obligations, liabilities, or remedies that arose prior to the date of termination.

14 Amendments to These Terms

hari4u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hari4u will endeavour to notify registered users via email or a prominent platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the hari4u platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which hari4u holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days of written notice of the dispute, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent hari4u from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the platform.
